My apartment is centrally located next to 125th street shopping area and is a quick distance away from midtown manhattan. I am a fairly quiet resident although my neighbors know me I am usually a in and out person with low traffic. my place is fully furnished with love and is a comfortable spot to lay.

Im looking for a responsible tenant that will respect my apartment as if it was completely theres a flat screen 3D smart t.v, blu ray player in the living room kitchen table, pots, pans, blender and dishes. This apartment dear to me and Im looking for the right person to take over my baby. my bedroom will serve as storage for my belonging this bedroom will be locked and is completely off limits.

Theres a 25 pn/pp fee for any additional person after the first person so please add this into your total cost. The apartment has a new queen size bed and a air mattress. for vacation or short term rentals I would say the apartment can sleep 4 2 on the queen sized bed and 2 on the air mattress however I dont think this would be a ideal situation for a long term rental.
