All tenants can use a kitchen in the basement or first floor. Moreover, the house has a room with one or two washing machines. Each week, we have the hallways, the kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom cleaned.

The attic apartment is a separate flat sharing community for three renters. It has its own kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.

Tenants are students, interns and other easy going professionals who are starting out in Vienna.

We expect our tenants to avoid unnecessary noise and respect the silence at night.

Furniture in the rooms: Some rooms have a shower and a washing basin in the corner. Typically, both are hidden. (There are no cooking opportunities or toilets in the rooms). All rooms are furnished. They have access to the Internet and satellite TV. Moreover, each room has a refrigerator. Important: Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the rooms.

The tenants can also utilize the garden. During summer, it is also possible to barbeque.
