my name is Anthony and I am Kenyan and I work for an International Organization. My housemate is leaving on September and I am looking for someone who can replace her

The house is in Langata ( Onyonka estate- 15 minutes by bus from town - 5 min from the National park,Carnivore restaurant and the Galleria Mall,Karen) and is a lovely two floors Maisonette, (fully furnished!) in a small compound.

There is a beautiful private garden, a big comfortable living room, a big kitchen, two toilets,two showers, a bathtub, three nice bedrooms and a guest house

The rent is 50.000 Ksh per month.1 room to let in a 3 bedroom house. The house is fully furnished; Kitchen has cooker, fridge, kettle, microwave and crockery; rooms have beds, bedding and linen with an iron box available; Living room has couches, a TV and dining table,carpets,dstv,zuku ,star times. Available are the master en-suite bedroom and one of the two other rooms which share a bathroom. There is ample parking in the compound.

The building is uniquely located in a quiet and secure neighbourhood in Nairobis new and growing corporate and diplomatic hub. Especially ideal for workers of the embassies,tourists etc. . Current housemate is a Kenyan doctor. I am friendly guy, open-minded and respect privacy. I enjoy cooking and entertaining every so often, and appreciate the occasional out-of- town getaway with friends. Through my work I have a very good understanding of the city. Having a multi-cultural outlook I would like to live with like-minded folk (guys or girls).

Rent as follows: Master bedroom- KES 30,000 (300 Euros), other room KES 20,000 (200 Euro). Utility and cleaning bills to be shared by both of us at the end of each month. Long term tenants (6 months plus) are preferred though I could consider slightly shorter term stays. Rooms available from 5th September 2015. Terms are one months rent and one months deposit upfront.
