Hello, i am a filmmaker renting a room in my 30m2 flat.

I have 2 bedrooms and a nice relaxing area with bar stools to have a chat and share a glass of wine.
There is a good separation of the 2 bedrooms with a corridor which offer you a great privacy and we have one bathroom/toilet and a cute kitchen with a big fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, kettle, toaster, pans, pots...

Your bedroom is facing the Abbesses street, all furnished including double bed, internet wifi, table.

You are 1 minute walk to Moulin Rouge, 8 minutes to the Sacre Coeur and we are located between the metro Blanche (ligne 2) and Abbesses (ligne 12).

Down the streets, you will find all the shops for groceries, chemist... and we are surrounded by many bars and restaurants. The area is very easy going and attracts Parisians and tourists all year round. You wont get borred in that area and if you are thirsty, theres only few meters to walk to the nearby typical French brasserie to relax on one of the many terraces all over the streets!!!

You will be located in the best place in Paris to spend a charming responsibleent.
