Bring your Firestick or I have one and sign onto your own account to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. Parking is available. On Bus route Railway is Broward Blvd, 2 miles away.
Should like pets. I have two dogs. Friendly. Be willing to feed them when I am away.
Looking for Quiet, Clean, responsible person to share my home. No outside guests allowed. No stay overs. NO DRUGS, Smokers are OK, just not in the house and you must clean up cigarette butts daily without question.

No cooking of any kind in bedrooms. Need to clean up after yourself daily. This is a must. If your running late for work, grab something on the way.

I recycle. You must too. Black bin for household waste. Blue bin for plastic, paper, bottles, metals. Food containers must be rinsed out before depositing into recycled container.

I travel several times for the year (maybe not this year) to unwind and see family out of town, sometimes to work. Must be willing to feed dogs, and take care of certain things while I am away, like taking out the garbage on garbage collection days. (Tuesday and Fridays)

I consider myself an easy going person. I work six days a week, when not in this pandemic, I am in and out all day long. Sometimes I work from home, which means, the bathroom and kitchen must be clean and orderly ALL OF THE TIME. very important.

Looking for someone that is considerate, will respect my home and take proper care. Due to current pandemic, must insist that your room is deeply cleaned once a week. This is done by you. I can hire a cleaner at $30-$45 per hour. Solely for your room. No working from home permitted. Sorry.
