The Space

Welcome to my home. It’s a condo in a perfect location in West Rogers Park. My area is vibrant and very urban while also being green, quiet and peaceful. Both Northwestern University and Loyola University are just over 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes by public transportation.

You will be in a private guest room in my condo. The guest room is quite clean and comfortable, with wood floors and a full-sized bed with pillows. You also have YOUR OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM. I can arrange for tourist brochures for the area at your request.

Interaction with Guests

My home is generally quiet and peaceful so we respect that in our guests.

The Neighborhood

The Rogers Park area has been experiencing a lot of growth-from new housing to restaurants and shopping. There are also a number of neighborhood gems that have been in the area for a long time. Theres a little bit of everything in this area.

Also, if youre staying for an extended time, there is a grocery store within a few minutes walking distance, along with both a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. There are also great neighborhood restaurants and lounges.

Getting Around

The beauty of living in the city is that its so easy to get around with public transportation! There is easy access to buses, the el subway system, metra, and there are also cabs readily available.

Transportation to/from the airport and condo: Both airports have an el line stop inside the airport, and can be taken to within a couple blocks of the condo (Howard stop). There is also a cab line at each airport. Theyre more direct and faster, but also more expensive than the el.
