There is bathroom right next to the room however, it is not a private bathroom. There is no use of the kitchen or the washing machines but there are laudrymats within five minutes of the house. This room is ideal for a single working person or student. The rent is $800 a month without utilities. Utilities could include electricity and cable/wifi.
