The apartment is clean and cozy, and its in the most beautiful and convenient area of Los Angeles (especially in terms of avoiding traffic). It is newly painted, and the room is furnished with a queen size bed, glass desk-table, printer/scanner, TV, and even a hang-ups inversion table aligning/stretching ones back after a stressful day. The bathroom has a sparkling clean bathtub with shower. Additional features: new hardwood/laminate floors, fireplace (living room), refrigerator w/freezer unit, stove, micro oven, and central air-conditioning/heat. There is an on-site laundry room, and a nice lobby.
The building has a lovely courtyard with beautiful trees in the middle, and one can relax on the roof with 360 views of the Hollywood Hills and the rest of the city. Its a nice place to take a break and read a book.
The location is in walking-distance to nice restaurants, coffee shops and shopping streets in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, incl. trendy Robertson Blvd and The Beverly Center, a nice grocery store, the Four Seasons Hotel, the Cedar Sinai Hospital, post office, great furniture -, art- an furniture stores etc. I provide clean sheets and towels.
This would be an ideal situation for a business person coming from out of town, and much less expensive than staying in a hotel in this area (only about 1/3 of the cost of the least expensive ones). There is access to a fully equipped kitchen, where you can make or store your own food, which could also be very cost saving instead of eating out all the time. The lay-out of the unit is great, and it almost feels like a private apartment
