In the Village close to everything imaginable...subways 1 2 3 A C E B D F M, buses M8 M20 M11, PATH (less than 400 feet), groceries, theaters, museums, and parks. Hop skip to Hudson River Park to jog and laze away; walking distance to New School and NYU (+ an NYU school bus available a block away), Meat Packing, Little Island, Chelsea Market, High Line Park, Whitney, Soho, etc. (The first public beach is on its way to finishing right across Whitney Museum.)

Minimum stay of 4 months. *I am open to discussing situations, stays, etc. If student/ intern, additional requirements are needed. Otherwise, first months rent plus a refundable security deposit of one month. I need employing company work certification with salary, legal ID, and Vaccine card

Im a cool, low-key, busy, active female professional who works from home. I keep to myself and am quite sociable, open to interesting conversations and occasional outings. Im pin-drop quiet, clean, tidy, mature and a respectful person and I dont bring the party home. I do expect the same from tenants; I am respectful and considerate of peoples privacy and property.
