We are a responsible couple looking to rent out our lower level. We reside on the premises and sleep on the upper level of the house. You will have access to the main level, as well as your apartment downstairs.

We live in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood in Alexandria, close to the Huntington Metro. Your room would be the lower level, with your own private full bathroom and entrance. The room is furnished with a bed, microwave, mini fridge, and K-cup machine.

Kitchen is on the main level upstairs, will be shared. The laundry is on your level, and will be shared.

We are primarily seeking tenants who plan to stay for a year or less.
