The House
Spacious 4-bedroom / 3.5-bath house thats fully furnished. Complete kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge, Viking stove, and Viking dishwasher. Rooftop, washer/dryer, WiFi, large HD TV, and so on. The house is modern, spacious, and comfortable. Utilities are included, so its just the flat monthly rental amount.


The Location
Were in Brentwood, blocks away from the San Vicente Blvd strip, which is full of great restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, and shopping. Brentwood is great in general because its one of the only areas of LA where the other popular neighborhoods are all in easy reach- like Santa Monica, Venice, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Westwood. Especially because were near both the 405 and the 10 leading in all directions, so we dont have to fight much street traffic to hop on the freeway.


The Room
The room is shown in the photos, its furnished but theres a larger bed in it now than whats shown. Were currently offering it on a short-term basis, but that can be discussed and extended out. Youll have linens, towels, soaps, etc. And the rest of the house is furnished, so youre taken care of there.


Parking
We have a 2-car garage but unfortunately its full. That being said, the street parking is really easy on our street, especially for Brentwood, we park on the street ourselves all the time. No permit required.


Us
1 straight male and 1 straight female in our 30s, and 1 straight male in his 20s. We work in a traditionally professional type jobs. Were social, clean, respectful, responsible, laid-back, and easy to get along/live with. We typically keep it low-key on weeknights- occasional dinner, happy hour, gym, catch up on errands. We like to be out and about on weekend days and out socially weekend nights, but without bringing the party home. Wed like to at least casually hangout with our roommates here and there (grab dinner/drinks, watch tv, etc), but we dont have to be BFFs. Were non-smoking, no drama, and into health/fitness/wellness.


You
Male or female. Active with a sense of humor and generally similar to our own description above (i.e., clean/organized but not OCD, within reason). Obviously able to pay rent always on time. Pretty much a normal person! Sorry but no smoking inside the house and no pets.
