IT Is a Flex room furnished keyed private room with One Twin Bed and linens, desk Table, Chair, Fan, and Hi-speed internet If you need a wardrobe i will get one for you.
I need someone to commit for at least one month up to 4 months with the possibility to expand this period!!

The apt. is a one original bedroom converted to a two-bedroom apt in a Building served with two Elevators and laundry.


The Room size is around 110 sq/ feet.
I need someone to commit for at least two months up to 6 months with the possibility of expanding this period!!
The rate is $1,250.00 monthly Including Utilities. for a single person

The weekly rate is for a single person $500.00 for a couple (maximum ONE WEEK To be discussed!!)
Reimbursable Security deposit to be discussed.

Must give a pre-notice.
