One of two bedrooms in a 3 bedroom single family home available in Brooklyn Park, south of Church St. Available 6 January, 2019. The bedrooms have Wi-Fi connections, and have a ceiling fan. The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, an electric range, microwave oven, dish washer, and a refrigerator. The house has central AC, and the central heat is by oil. Utilities payments are due when billed. Utilities include BG&E, heating oil, water, Wi-Fi, and TV. They are split between all occupants of the house.
This is a home for responsible people. There are house rules. Drugs of any kind will not be tolerated. No smoking in the house. Smoking outside is fine as long as you dont leave the cigarette butts on the ground. Prefer to find someone who is sociable, with some common interests, so please tell me about yourself when you contact me. No pets of any kind. open minded and friendly. The yard is large and private, with a nice patio for cookouts, and an in ground pool for pool parties.
Guests are welcome for entertaining. You are responsible for your guests. If they damage something, you are the responsible party to get the damages repaired or replaced. Guests must also abide by the house rules.
The closest bus route is on Ritchie Highway. The house is situated on the corner of Magie St and Walton St, so there is plenty of on street parking for tenants if you have a vehicle.
There are 2 bedrooms available at this time. Rent and the deposit are $800.00 a month NOT INCLUDING UTILITIES, with the rent discounted to $6500.00 a month if rent is paid by the first of each month, and the utilities are paid on time, for the larger bedroom. The larger room is furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, night stand,and wardrobe. The smaller one is furnished with a twin sized bed, a dresser, night stand, and wardrobe. The smaller bedroom is $700.00 a month, with a $700.00 deposit. Again, the rent will be discounted to $550.00 for each month that the rent is paid before or on the first of the month, and utilities are paid when billed.
The lease is a 1 year lease, or month to month, with a 60 day notice required on the 1st of the month for termination. The first months rent will be prorated based on actual rental date. All rent is due on the first of the month.
All applicants must go through a background/credit check. The check costs $45.00. If you remain for a year and have no delinquent payments, the $45.00 will be refunded at the end of the year.
