PRIVATE quiet BEDROOM with its own PRIVATE BATHROOM, inside a spotless apartment in a charming hystorical well maintained building of 18th century, set around a beautiful botanic courtyard.

The all apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building so it is absolutely quiet.
It is full of comforts, very private, tidy, SUPER clean and bright, with air conditioning, completely furnished with bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo, big flat screen Full HD TV, free wi-fi internet, city maps.

The building is provided with reception-security (portineria) and elevator.

My guests will enjoy their private, quiet, fully furnished bedroom with private bathroom and will share only the fully equipped kitchen with me, Anahita.

Bedroom is charming, spotless, plenty of room, with a brand new large and comfortable sofa-bed, internet wi-fi, big TV screen and has everything you may need. It is very quiet and it faces a beautiful garden

Bathroom is super clean with a jacuzzi tub, also usable as shower. Hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper are provided.

When my guests check in I will provide a map of the city and I will give them all information about sights, where to go, where to eat etc, in order to make their stay enjoyable. I will be happy to offer my assistance throughout their stay for anything they may need. I am a friendly, caring and respectful person.

On request I provide transport service by car as follows:

- from/ Garibaldi Station 10 Euro
- from/to Cadorna station 15 Euro
- from/to Linate airport 30 Euro
- from/to Malpensa airport 70 Euro

The apartment is in a great central location, on Viale Piave Milano, at a walking distance to all the main sights of Milano. Viale Piave is famous for its interior design shops, nice restaurants, wine bars, bakeries . There are 2 supermarkets open until midnight and handy to metro, buses and tram. The neighborhood is upper class, animated during the day and totally safe also at night.
A beautiful big park is only 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Staying at my apartment you do not need any transportation because everything is at a walking distance: Duomo, Fashion district, touristic attractions, museums, shopping center, hystorical center. In case you need transportation, metro is only 4 minutes walking from the apartment. Tram stops in from of the building, taxi station is just outside of the building

Close to: Duomo Cathedral, La Scala Theatre, Fashion Disctrict, Brera,Porta Venezia and all the main touristic attractions.

Great location in the center of the city, very and upper class area famous for its restaurants , famous cocktail bars, interior design shops.

You can walk everywhere and you do not need any transportation
