A willingness to live quietly and peacefully with the other residents
First and last weeks rent
Security deposit of $250
A 7 month lease is required (not a 6 month lease)

The easiest way to find us is to go to 349 Main St. in Dunedin. (Between Douglas and Broadway) This is the Historical Railroad Museum. We are in the 2 story yellow and white building right behind it. You cant miss it.
