The home is centrally located in Vegas: Near the Airport, UNLV and the Strip. Its a quiet neighborhood in a gated community with 24/7 security patrol. It is only a 5 - 10 minute walk to several restaurants, shops, 24-hour grocery store, liquor store, local bars, etc.

The condo is a three-bedroom so the living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. It is fully furnished, appointed and was completely renovated only two years ago. You wont need anything to move in here!
I am looking to fill my other two bedrooms, this is the middle one. You will be sharing the home with me and whoever I find for the third bedroom. I will be picky about finding roommates and make sure we all vibe. I am a 28 y/o European female, passionate about nature and the outdoors. I work from home so Ill often be around the house, but if not, I have a solid tribe here in Vegas and am often involved in fun in and around the city.
