No smoking indoors but there is a porch and patio suitable for smoking. Includes all utilities and wi-fi. All you need is to bring your clothes and toothbrush. Amenities include: coffee, toilet and paper towels, bath towels and bedding are available if you need them. Unit has computer workstation with b/w laser printer and paper.
