*** The apartment and the room are fully furnished. we provide a bed, a desk with a chair, a bookshelf and an extra closet for you.

***The location is great, 171st Street and Amsterdam. Only 6 minutes to A and C. Pretty, safe, accessible neighborhood with Key Food and other supermarkets near by. The location is perfect for you if you are working at Columbia University Medical Center (only 7 minutes walk!).

*** There is no laundry in the building but there are 3 laundermats nearby.

***To move in You will only need to pay the first month rent ($1200) and a security deposit of ($1200) Utilities are included in the price.
