This is a luxurious apartment complex located on a pond, great view for ducks and storks, I am only there in the daytime, never stay there at night and away on weekends so you would have tons of privacy and would get your master bed room, private bathroom, large walk in closet with plenty of space, you will get spectrum cable with tons of premium services like HBO, SHO, CINEMAX, STARZ, Netflix and EPIX, you also have wifi as well. You have kitchen with microwave and stove, I am away on weekends so you would have tons of privacy, I had someone with me for over 10 years, but they bought a house and moved out. I am on the second floor so during storms and hurricanes your furniture and equipment are safe from water damage. Prefer the same, responsible, non smoker, light drinker is okay, mature person.
