My name is Justin and I am seeking a roommate to share my two bedroom apartment with. The location is in a prime spot in Newark, NJ. It is three blocks to Newark Broad Street Station, which connects to New York Penn Station via a convenient 20 minute train ride. It is also just a few blocks from the Newark campus of Rutgers University. Very convenient transportation to the city, ideal for anyone looking to save on rent and have easy access to New York.

The apartment is spacious, and would include your own room, a shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The room is large enough to support up to a Queen size bed, but ideally will fit a full size with room for a small desk or dresser. The room also includes a closet.

A little about me, I am a 27 year old male responsible. I am a software developer searching for a role in the field, while also working retail in New York City. I am quite laidback, work , and prefer to keep the party out of the apartment. 4/20 friendly, but as I said, will be working quite a bit, and expect the apartment to be a home, rather than a party spot.

The rent will be $625 monthly, with the utilities of monthly internet and electric split evenly between us additionally. To move in will require the 625 for the first month, and $940 as a deposit, coming to $1,565. The room is available now, but ideally you will move in April 1.
