Private room comes with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Kitchen and living room is furnished. It is a 4-bedroom apartment, but only two other females are living here, mostly working, will not disturb anyone. Roommate does have a dog, properly trained and quiet during the day. All utilities are included except for electricity. Electricity comes around $30-$35 per month.
