A cellar room and storage space for bicycles are available. A beautiful garden at the back is free to use.

The room is ready to move-in so just bring your luggage.

The room in the shared apartment is rented all inclusive of WiFi, Electricity (Reasonable Usage), Water, Insurance. The room is currently fully-furnished, you may re-decorate as you pleased.

The bus stop is only a 1 minute walk away. The bus leads directly to the university.

You can cycle to university that takes 9 minutes from the house.

The infrastructure in this location is very good, all facilities for daily needs can be easily reached in a few minutes: Billa / LIDL / Spar / BIPA / Penny Markt / kiosk / post office / bank / bakery / pharmacy / doctors / cafs

Those of you who drive, it is only 2 minutes to reach the Autobahn that takes you towards Villach.

The shared apartment is located in a residential area and is therefore pleasantly quiet.
