Hello, I want to sublet my apartment. I end my semester in April and I will not be there May, June or July. So I need to sublet it immediately because I am going back to my home state and I do not have the funds to continue paying. To make things easier, I am willing to help pay off the utilities for the 3 months that I wont be there so that you will only be responsible for the rent. I also have things in my room and if it will be beneficial to you, I do not mind leaving it there so that you can use it. Thank you
