The rooms are separated and both have doors so synchronizing schedules isnt necessary. There is just one bathroom in this unit available to you and it has never been an issue as I have access to the other 2 bathrooms. However, the bathroom is shared with you having priority. (One roommate needed it every Thursday from 7am to 11am. No problem.)
There is high speed internet, expanded cable, Netflix, Prime & Hulu. There is an 11 screen in the living room and 28 TVs in the sleeping areas. The building has a pool, gym and laundry (on this floor)
