Looking for someone to take my bedroom from mid December to the end of February since I will be out of the country. Flexible and negotiable dates to enter and exit the apartment.

The bedroom is big and beautiful, with sea views and a queen bed. Private bathroom and a big closet. The apartment is renovated, big living with an amazing L shape terrace with sea views and views over Brickell key. Big TV in the living with free access to all the platforms.

Both apartment and bedroom are clean and in perfect conditions. My roomie is a finance guy almost 30 years old super clean and easygoing.

The condo has a pool with sea views, tennis court, jacuzzi, bbq area, gim, security 24/7... One of the top buildings in Brickell, great location close to the bridge of Brickell key.
Looking for someone responsible and clean, flexible dates to be also discussed, couples are also welcome. Although I love pets, they are no welcome in the apartment at this time.
