Tenant Review: She turned off the hot water and electric after I paid her rent and took me to court stating I did not pay rent. I would not recommend anyone to live here.
Property Manager Response:She was the problem. She refused to pay the rent for two months. We never discussed that her son stayed at the house for the whole summer. She was evicted. I never turn the utilities off.

Tenant: The landlord turned off the hot water and electricity after me paying her rent. She seems really nice but since she deaf, its hard to communicate with her. We went to court after she turned off the utilities and stated I did not pay rent.
Landlord Response: Previously, we did not discuss or permit an additional occupant at the home for the whole summer. Our difficulty arouse when she refused to pay the rent for two months causing her to be evicted. I never turn the utilities off.
